This winter has been awesome with the warmer temperatures and almost complete lack of snow, but I knew that we couldn’t possibly make it through the season without at least one major snowstorm, and sure enough we didn’t. It was actually quite beautiful how the sticky, wet snow blanketed everything in site and it was perfect for snowman making too. Just ask my sister who, with Rusty and some of their friends, made a 13 foot snowman Skullman in their front yard. It was quite the tourist attraction with police officers and Californians stopping to get a picture with it. It even landed a spot in the Lincoln Journal Star and the Daily Nebraskan. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of Skullman, but I did snap a few photos around our yard.
